You can request a prescription in the following ways:
- Online. You can register at reception for access to our patient online access system. This enables you to email your repeat prescription request directly to our clinical system and is the easiest way to order your repeat medication.
- By calling at reception, complete a form or use your previous computer re-order form.
- By post enclosing an SAE
Telephone requests are accepted from housebound or elderly only.

Repeat Dispensing Scheme
If you are interested in finding out more information about repeat dispensing you can make an appointment with our pharmacy support team at the surgery to discuss your suitability.
Collections
We require at least two working days to get a prescription processed and signed off by the doctor.

Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner, practice nurse or a pharmacist at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
